Never double up your dose of t@zapatide to make up for a missed dose, or take two doses within 3 days (72 hours) of each other. To avoid missing a dose of t@zapatide, schedule it on your calendar or add it to a reminders app on your phone. You can also pair it with another activity that you never miss, such as laundry day.
